I enjoyed both nights very much and since Brad used questions from the crowd to shape his speech the content was different and very valuable each night. The night at Albuquerque had a smaller crowd and was much more personal which I thought was perfect for soaking up and learning from Brad's immense experience and smarts needles to say. The popular topic at the event in Santa Fe seemed to be; "How do we advance the technology community in Northern NM?". Which is great cause asking the question means there will be attempts:) I've been living in Santa Fe for the last 5 years and I can see impressive changes. One complaint I have is the demographics or lack of it more correctly at the events that are geared to gather the technology community together especially events taking place in Santa Fe. I guess that it might be less of an issue in Albuquerque due to University of New Mexico (UNM) I think there seems to be a lack of younger crowd. Why aren't those students at some of these events or are they??? I for one believe that it is an amazing advantage that there are 3 communities within 2 hours of each other; Los Alamos, Santa Fe and Albuquerque, that have very complementary resourses. I mean come on with 2 national labs somethings gotta happen, right?</p>
